Society Consent

Society is ready for redevelopment and has 100% consent.

Optimum FSI

Optimum utilization of FSI to provide maximum benefit to society.

Statutory Applications

Application for statutory approvals initiated and tracked.

Regulatory Readiness

Project must have IOD/CC approvals and valid RERA registration.

Site Clearance

Plot must be vacant and clear for implementation.

Agreed Scope

Mutually agreed costing, specifications, and timelines will be followed.

Collaboration Checklist

  • Society ready for redevelopment with 100% consent.

  • Statutory approval applications filed and monitored.
  • IOD/CC approvals obtained and RERA registration active.
  • Plot is vacant and clear for project commencement.
